How to quickly draw a tiger

The step-by-step directions and illustrated examples will teach you how to draw a tiger for children from beginning to end. All you have to do to attract a tiger easily is to adhere to these instructions.

Draw an oval on the paper’s lower right side. Draw a tiny upside-down triangle for the nose at the top of the oval, then hang two curving lines in opposing directions from the nose to create the cheeks. To imply whiskers, add three dots inside the cheek region.

Draw the rest of the tiger’s head in step 2: Make a broader circle representing the tiger’s face, placing the nose and mouth from step 1 at the bottom of the process. Draw straight lines up to the top of the head from the corners of the nose. Take note of the slanting lines. Add two dot eyes on either side of the lines you just made. On the side of the head, add two ears above the eyes.

Step 3: Sketch the body outline of the tiger as follows: To indicate the rear leg, draw a curved line from the ear across the page at an angle. Draw a straight line from the mouth to the chest and a downward-pointing line to the front leg. Add the paws and belly lines now by going back.

Step 4: Sketch the tail and the other legs: Starting at the top of the rear portion, draw a curving line for the tiger’s tail. The hind leg region is connected to the bottom, which descends and has a rounded tip. You may depict the hind leg by slanting a line down from the belly, turning, drawing a paw, and then leaning back up. This gives the impression that the tiger is moving. Draw curved lines like the tail to raise the front foot off the ground.

Step 5 Complete the drawing by adding the tiger’s stripes: On the tiger’s tail, draw four rectangles and fill them in. Each rectangle should be slightly larger than the one before it as you remove the smallest rectangle toward the tail’s end. To suggest the stripes, draw and fill in five triangles, three on the left, two on the right, and one on each hind leg. The triangles are offset, as you can see. They aren’t right next to one another. On each of the front legs, doodle and color three stripes. Observe how the stripes on one are on the left side, and the lines on the other are on the right side.

Draw 10 triangles—5 on one side and five on the other—around the tiger’s face. The two triangles above the eyes and the three on the side of the face should match the opposite side of the head. Four higher triangles rising from the belly line should be drawn and filled in. Seven of the highest triangles descending from the back should be removed and filled in. The triangles rising from the belly should be offset from these.
