Expansion valve: The expansion valve uses a throttling device that works to decrease the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant. The throttling process takes place with friction that helps in decreasing the temperature. 

Evaporator: The evaporator works to maintain the temperature of the products stored in a coolroom. The evaporator takes the heat from the storage compartments and uses this heat to vaporize the liquid refrigerant which is a continuous cyclic process. 

Blowers: The Blowers help in spreading the cool air across the room to achieve the desired temperature. 

How does a Cool room work?

First, the boiling point of the refrigerant is reduced by increasing its pressure and temperature with the help of a compressor. Then the heat is removed from the refrigerant by the condenser and then stored in the receiver. From the receiver, the refrigerant is moved to the expansion valve where the pressure and temperature of the refrigerant are reduced. And the final step includes the evaporator, where the heat from the storage compartments is used to change the refrigerant back to a gaseous state. This cyclic process helps in creating a cooling effect and with the help of the blower, the cool air is circulated.
